Project of the Year Award
The Project of the Year Award honors exceptional commercial real estate developments across North Carolina and its contiguous counties. Presented annually at the CREDA NC Conference, these awards showcase projects that exemplify innovation, quality, and impact on the region.
Project of the Year awards are presented in three categories: New Development, Redevelopment, and Industrial Development.

This award recognizes a young commercial real estate professional who exemplifies CREDA’s mission to “elevate the commercial real estate development industry by providing advocacy, education, research and connections to foster business opportunities.” A Developing Leader award recipient demonstrates leadership through active involvement in chapter initiatives, a commitment to professional growth, and contributions that elevate the commercial real estate industry in the Carolinas.
Awards are presented during the CREDA State Conference in Pinehurst, NC. Winners receive a scholarship for state conference registration.
